Adding PDFs or linking to a source on the desktop

I’m trying to make notes about magic items and other inventories from places my party might encounter and would love to be able to link to a pdf of inventory or something like that instead of having to write it all out in a “Loot” page, since some PDFs are visually better sorted/made up.
