Make the "Create Entry" button more accessible

The “Create Entry” button in the timeline, as viewed on mobile, is hidden at the end of the page. If one has to scroll down and down to tap it, it quickly becomes a hassle if we have to add entries before the last one. So please find a way to make the button more accessible, such as making it floating.
