Links to (sub-)headings

I would like to suggest adding id tags to headings (#, ## and so on) so that it would be possible to link directly to a part lower down on an entry like so: https://www.critical-notes.com/campaigns/$CAMPAIGN_ID/lore/$LORE_ID#section-headingname

headingname needs to be sanitized from special characters and it might need a number as well, since there might be multiple headings with the same name. This would help to link to longer lore entries or complex character description if one is able to link the relevant part.
