Stopping a Lich

Having travelled with Benedict to Rexxentrum, you had a meeting with Sandrius Anguin, a provost of the Claret Order of the Cobalt Soul. In this meeting, he revealed that he has been working against the Empire for years and is currently investigating the current Martinet of the Assembly, Vellis Thorwind. Sandrius is worried that Vellis, who is already prolonging his life with necromancy, is moving down the path of Lichdom. He asked to hire you and investigate sites of previous liches and attempt to find out what information Thorwind has, or to prevent him from getting it. You will act as his private investigators, separate from the Order, and in exchange, you recieve a ship of your own and a partnership with a very powerful mage. And firmly allied against the entire Cerberus Assembly.

Agreeing to this, he sent you to investigate The Luxon Beacon and determine what it’s exact purpose is and why the Cerberus Assembly is so interested in it. Having learned the Beacon’s History in Alziraan, Sandrius sent you to Nicodranas to pick up on Ezekiel’s quest for the Beacon and to meet with his shipwright to secure the boat that you’ll be sailing on, with instructions coming soon.
