Dorlyn Hess
A sallow skinned human male with greasy blue-black hair, wearing fine clothes and a cloak of dark, midnight blue who tweaks his neck in an odd, unsettling way. He arrested the party in Port Demali and seems to have control of the Crownsguard there, as well as a dangerous amount of magical power.
During their Prison Break, the Dorlyn branded Katerina and Scrum and demanded they find and bring him the mole in the Cerberus Assembly within 2 weeks or he’ll use the brand to kill them. Apparently disgruntled by their removal of the brand, he has now issued a bounty for them to the resident Assembly psycho, Joffrey Vestar who is hunting the party, while Dorlyn continues to operate under Vellis Thorwind
