Vellis Thorwind

Martinet Vellis Thorwind is the leader of the Cerberus Assembly while serving as it’s archmage of Domestic Protections. He is the master of warfare and conflict, often traveling beyond the borders of the Empire and Wildemount itself. His missions and goals are his own and those who consider Vellis their friend do not get the same title or respect from him. He cultivates an air of cruel mystery that causes the other archmages of the Assembly to spar and quarrel with each other for his attention. Though he appears elfish, a small number of people know that Vellis is actually human. An even smaller selection suspect that Vellis’s long life is due to his experiments with necromancy. Sandrius Anguin believes that Vellis is moving from general necromancy to actual Lichdom.
