Yussa Errenis is something of a local legend and divisive figure in Nicodranas. The working class speak of him with grudging respect or outright awe, while the political circles and more affluent business owners speaks his name with distaste. Errenis privately owns the Open Quay which taks up the majority of the Western side of the city. It’s well known that Errenis purchased the land two centuries ago after most of it burned down and then ignored offers to sell the land to the Uludan Family, and instead built an affordable bastion of rentable business space out of spite for the monopolizing family. Considerably seedier than the Restless Wharf, the Open Quay is known for the merchants’ loyalty to Yussa and the diversity of work found throughout the area.
