The cultists have been stationed here for nearly a year, their rotation is coming up in a month.
The Order of Desolation only issues commands verbally and is organised in cells. The leaders of each cell get their commands verbally as well, but they never see their master. Those few bosses of others cells I have met (as such, I may have met more unknowingly) believe it is Aeranthrix herself, I think she would not bother with this, but have a few puppets for this.
