Ruald Knell is the local black market seller in Neverwinter & career criminal. He typically gets others to do his dirty work, whether it’s his minions or those indebted to him & thus has never been officially charged with a crime. Though everyone has heard of him.

He is polite yet violent & not a man to cross. He has a well trimmed moustache & oil slicked hair, a slender frame of average height & piercing unblinking eyes.

He sells corrupt magic items, loans money to people in need at an extortionate interest rate & assigns assassins to keep his underworld running.

Malegos has history with Ruald, the two have exchanged words in the past but Ruald has always managed to evade capture by the ex-guardsman.
