The Pioneer is the Stellar Brigade Carrier that lead a colony fleet into the Permat System. Settling on Permat-Six, the Arkship of the fleet has been repurposed as a starbase orbiting the planet from where teams are sent down to the surface to survey the unexplored regions and to troubleshoot and protect the various settlements.
