With the advent of magical aerial vehicles known as AulaNavs, as well as the introduction of rail-guided locomotives called AulaVects, the distance between lands is shrinking with each passing day, as journeys that once took many moons to complete can now be made in a matter of hours.

Celestials and Devils given corporeal form wander the lands freely, carrying no memory of their lives before crawling from the ashes of battle-scarred lands.
