The Clannad is the governing body of Hizaroth and the ones overseeing the reclamation of Rexelium. The Clannad stumbled upon Rexelum centuries after what was come to be know as the Divine Wars concluded on the continent. What the Clannad found was the remains of the former Rexelium Empires after the Divine Wars concluded centuries ago, a continent fighting for survival against the incursions from other dimensions, brought about by the clash between the gods, a phenomena now referred to as the Convergence.

The whereabouts of this continent’s Elves is a mystery, their artifacts can be found among the sprawling cities they once resided in which have long been reclaimed by the wastelands. It is theorized that the Elven Empire had forsaken or refused to assist the other races during the Divine Wars, and retreated to the Underdark, where they rebuilt their Empire anew.

The Dwarves fought back and hunkered down in their current capitol of Freyja, leaving behind their vast industrial empire. The previous technological prowess they once held, became lost to time during the years they fought for survival. Secrets and power from their past all, but locked away and forgotten.

Reclamation efforts have been ongoing for the past 200 years, progress towards closing the rifts has only been a breakthrough under the oversight of Entrapta and her archaeological fascinations bringing about the knowledge of arcane ways of sealing the rifts using gifted individuals able to tap into this lands source of magic, the Dragon Stream.

What is known about this continent, the gods of this land have left, their influence waning to the point of nonexistence. Whatever the aftermath of the clash between gods was, and what it was all about is a mystery, but it lead the gods seemingly unable to return, or otherwise unwilling. Efforts are being made to restore these lands to their former glory, the foremost goal being the restoration of the Dragon Stream, which seems to have been damaged by the divine clashing, the locals fear that without its restoration the lands will be inflicted with the rifts from beyond indefinitely.
