Bluto is the town drunk of Vallaki and an avid fisherman. He spends every day fishing in Lake Zarovich, but many rumors in town say this is more of an obsession than a hobby.

Several months back, Bluto’s wife and son mysteriously disappeared. Bluto claims that they were taken by “the lake monster”. but investigations were unable to determine the validity of his claims and rumors now abound.

Recently, he has kidnapped a young girl named Arrabelle from the Vallaki Vistani encampment. When our party rescued poor Arrbelle and brought Bluto back to Luvash and Arrigal for questioning, he claimed to have never even seen the girl before! Strange, indeed.
